The client planned to expand The Host with a second branch in Al Ain and needed to ensure the new location maintained the same standards, quality, and brand consistency as the original outlet. In addition, they required an operational review to identify areas of improvement and ensure the business could scale efficiently.

We supported the launch of the second branch by providing pre-opening implementation support for their new branch in al ain and operational audit for their operating concept in dubai.
